Over the past year, one truth kept resurfacing for me: I need to be in an environment that nourishes and challenges me. Taking time to fully own that insight has been one of the most important decisions I've made.

That decision has led me into this new chapter: the launch of PLR Group Inc., a consultancy built around helping organizations turn bold ideas into growth—by blending strategy, media, and storytelling to spark meaningful progress.

Why Now? The Need Is Real

When you look at where organizations are allocating time, money, and attention today, the demand for integrated consulting across marketing, visibility, and transformation has never been stronger:

  • Digital transformation is at the top of every C-suite’s wishlist:

    • 74% of organizations say it’s their #1 priority.

    • The global digital transformation market is headed toward $1 trillion by 2025 (Kissflow).

    • However, many DX projects fail to meet expectations, often because they lack strategic alignment. (Market.us)

  • Brand trust, visibility, and storytelling matter more than ever:

These numbers reflect a shift: the “what” is still important, but the “who,” “why,” and “how you show up” are becoming equally vital.

  • Clients want more than creative — they want partnership:

    • In a recent survey, more than 70% of senior marketers said they struggle to find agencies that act as true strategic partners versus mere vendors. Borne

That gap is exactly the opportunity PLR Group Inc. is designed to fill.

These trends show that organizations aren’t just looking for “more ad spend” or “another campaign.” They need guidance across transformation, positioning, media, and narrative coherence. They need someone integrated, nimble, and aligned with purpose.

What We Do (and How We Fit In)

At PLR Group Inc., I’ve structured our services around three interconnected pillars:

  1. Marketing & Media:

From high-level strategies to integrated campaigns, media planning, and buying across TV, audio/podcasts, digital, OOH, video, and print.

  2. Thought Leadership & Executive Visibility:

Helping leaders articulate their ideas, position publicly, speak at events, design awards programs, and strengthen credibility.

  3. Business Transformation:

Facilitating new product or service launches, partner ecosystems, and future-forward programs (AI/Web3/innovation) — all grounded in creative strategy and market insight.

The mission is simple but ambitious: blend creativity, technology, and insight to drive measurable growth—and help brands lead with future-ready storytelling and engagement.

A Purpose-Driven Start: My Work with The People’s Theatre (TPT)

As I launch this venture, I’m honored to currently support The People’s Theatre (TPT) in a strategic engagement as they plan their relocation to a new home in New York City.

“The People’s Theatre Project’s new home will be more than a performing arts center—it will be a tribute to the diverse artists, cultures, and communities that define our great state.”

Led by the fearless Mino Lora, along with Bob Braswell and Fridda Fernandez, TPT is proof of how art + purpose = impact. Their mission? Theatre with and for immigrant communities, building a more just and equitable world. (Yes, chills. Every time.)

The vision for their new space—more than a theatre, but a cultural anchor—is powerful. I’m excited to contribute to their journey.
