The Room Where It Happens

When Luis Vasquez from ArcVoice Media first reached out about speaker representation, I paused. I’ve spent years building and delivering thought leadership across spaces like SXSW, Cannes, and CES. However, this felt different because the roster ArcVoice is building is intentional. In who’s included, in the range of perspectives, and in its ability to meet the moment and connect with modern audiences. And that’s what pulled me in.

ArcVoice launched a few weeks back, and focuses "on experiences that land in the room, spark conversation, and leave audiences with clear, actionable takeaways. In other words: programming people will actually remember."

It was only fitting to lean in to a fellow BIPOC venturing out into entreprenuership. I had also worked with Luis before, and know he possesses the know-how to help ensure the roster of speakers are supported and can walk into rooms with heads held high.

There’s real joy in being surrounded by people who think differently, build differently, and bring their full perspective with them. What I tend to speak about lives at the intersections of culture, creativity, business, technology, equipping leaders with strategy, culture, and emerging tech tools to drive growth, inclusion, and resilient teams. And how perspective shapes how we lead, create, and connect.

Ultimately, it's not just about sharing ideas, but how those ideas show up in the real world.

Side note: two of my favorite entertainers in the world are also in this cohort, Milly & Cracker, and so this is also a source of immense joy to be in their company.
